This is a poor proposal with little to recommend it to investors and the (deserved) reception it has received along with the proposer's insistance on keeping digging even after his head is well bellow ground will give it zero chance of finding investment.
So, lets put that to bed now eh?
Raw Yard, if you want to set up something that has half a chance of success maybe you should stop fighting and start listening. There is some good advice in these responses and the criticism you are receiving should be strengthening your proposal as you adapt and overcome rather than dooming it as it is now. But for that to happen you have to start working with the MD and you also have to start putting more effort into this.
If you're after a scam here, which I am not saying you are, give it up.
If you're after a legitimate venture, which I am not saying you are, change it up.
I'd be more than happy to discuss 3rd party services, collateralisation, lockdown of assets, provision of freighter transport, provision of low-sec security, provision of a suitable and secure low-sec build location and everything else that your proposal lacks except one thing: You need to have a way to make a profit in order to make any of it worthwhile.
So, give us a decent set of well thought through figures which generate a profit and we can talk about removing elements of risk and removing barriers for you until we end up with a venture that could actually fly.
An unknown, like you, launching yet another lotto but with the unique selling point that you don't have a prize that anyone really cares about isn't a profitable plan. It smacks very much of desperation and looks very much like you're trying to salvage something from a very poor business decision you previously made. Now, when the only past history of you that we can see is that you make bad business decisions and the only present performance we can see if your failure to handle an MD launch in any decent way, you've got to admit it looks terrible.
At present you have nothing to sell to us, come back when you do.
